Kim Dolan
Administration Coordinator

Kim is the glue that holds us all together.  Her duties include coordinating the administration matters of the firm.  She makes sure all of those back office things are handled efficiently and effectively.  But perhaps the most importantly, Kim is the “woman behind the man” in Mike’s life, and the reason their daughters are so beautiful.

Charlotte Landvik
Attorney and Counsellor at Law

Charlotte Landvik joined Dolan and Associates, P.C. in April 2014 as an associate attorney. Her enthusiasm and people skills, combined with her diverse education and experience, make Charlotte an asset in strengthening our commitment to our clients and community.
Charlotte grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. As an undergraduate, she attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Charlotte’s love of Colorado, nurtured during years of family vacations, pulled her West after graduation. She enrolled in the University of Colorado and earned her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, graduating with Honors. Charlotte became a Licensed Professional Counselor and worked in a psychiatric hospital while developing a thriving outpatient clinical practice. She eventually decided she could better serve people by practicing law and enrolled in the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. Charlotte graduated with her Juris Doctor in December of 2004 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in early 2005. With a clear desire to become a trusts and estates attorney, she continued her education and received her LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver in 2007.  Upon completion of her taxation degree, Charlotte put her professional career on hold to raise a family. During this time she became a College Instructor, teaching evening classes, primarily business and law, and developed a reputation as being both firm and fair.
In 2014, with her youngest heading off to kindergarten, Charlotte began to search for the ideal working situation. That search became a reality when she became part of Dolan and Associates in April of 2014. Charlotte is firmly committed to the LifeSpan™ model of estate planning, as it resonates with her personal commitment to provide responsible, legal service based on integrity and relationship. Since joining the firm, Charlotte’s primary role has been legal support for the Settlement Department. Charlotte’s life experiences as both counselor and teacher combined with her education and training, make her a uniquely qualified attorney.
Charlotte was the Plenary speaker for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys semi-annual national Collegium drawing on her expertise to teach their members the best practices in the area of helping families through the settlement process upon the death of a loved one.
Charlotte is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She also volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Colorado.
When not at work Charlotte likes to play tennis, participate in Sprint Distance Triathlons, hike, and canoe. However, her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her husband of 17 years and their three wonderful kids.
